Motorcycle fans have reason to celebrate: the Honda CB1000 Hornet is making a strong comeback in its 2025 version, and it’s not here to lag behind. This roadster balances performance, design, and a very attractive price. We’re talking about an engine from the CBR1000RR in the SP version, with 157 horsepower and 107 Nm of torque. The first thing that stands out is the power of the engine. The SP version, equipped with the engine block from the CBR1000RR, has everything to impress with its 157 horsepower. But that’s not all: the 107 Nm of torque, combined with a super responsive gearbox, offers impressive performance. Honda has bet on an engine that does not disappoint and is well-calibrated. It’s just what’s needed for a bike of this caliber, but don’t worry, it’s not a rocket at exorbitant prices.

A design that speaks for itself

As for the design, the Hornet 1000 stands out with its steel chassis and its squashed headlight that recalls the roadsters of the 2000s. It has a particular charm, a rugged and efficient appearance. Comfort, at your fingertips… but not for everyone

The comfort is well thought out in this Hornet, but be careful, it’s not for giants. If you have long legs, you might feel a bit cramped. The narrow handlebars and sporty footpegs offer a good compromise between sportiness and comfort. Perfect for rides on twisty roads or even in the city, but only if you have an appropriate height. Nothing revolutionary, but it’s well done, and that’s what matters.
