Icon has performed a “surgery” on the Shotgun 650, implementing parts from Yamaha, Buell, and Kawasaki, including a massive upside-down fork from the ZX-10R. This is not the relaxed and quiet bike it once was; the “Always Something” definitely commands respect.
High-performance parts for an exceptional build
The parts in this build are simply impressive. To start, Icon added fairings from FZ750 and a tank from RD400 directly from Yamaha. A rear swingarm from the Buell S2 strengthens the chassis for greater stability, while the upside-down fork from the Kawasaki ZX-10R gives it an ultra-aggressive style. Equipped with premium suspensions, including Nitron shocks, and a finish that rivals the best builds, this machine is a true beast!
Bronze star-spoke wheels? These are parts made by the English manufacturer Astralite. The Avon Cobra Chrome tires with a “balloon” profile add a retro touch while providing the grip perfect for those thrilling rides. The brakes, with radial Brembo calipers with 4 pistons, ensure secure braking, even when you open the throttle wide.
