Apex Motorcycle revela su audaz versión de la Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450: una preparación ultra-visual

The motorcycle customization scene is always in constant motion, with builders who do not hesitate to push the limits. Such is the case with Léo Sarocchi, the head of Apex Motorcycle in Marseille, who presents us with his very personal interpretation of the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450. With its aluminum fairing covered in plexiglass, this bike stands out for its bold and radical design. A return to this unique build that leaves no one indifferent, neither motorcyclists nor onlookers.

A build that stands out visually

When we talk about motorcycle customization, design plays a crucial role. Here, Apex Motorcycle has opted for a completely avant-garde look for the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450. Normally, classic finishes are expected, but Léo Sarocchi and his team decided to innovate with ultra-modern materials: aluminum and plexiglass. These two elements, lightweight yet robust, cover the 452 cc engine as well as the front forks. The plexiglass frame that hovers over the 11-liter tank and extends to the half fairings is a true signature of this build.

This bike has a futuristic appearance that could perfectly appear in a science fiction movie, yet it remains fully functional. Léo Sarocchi even describes his project as bold, and it’s hard to disagree. The trend is becoming more popular: a blend of tradition and innovation.

A muscular front end for a sporty look

In addition to its radical aesthetics, this build also modifies the dynamic behavior of the bike. The front end has been completely redesigned. Goodbye to the classic fork, welcome to a 43 mm Showa inverted fork, which gives the machine an even sportier air. A Brembo brake caliper with radial mounting has also been added to enhance braking power. As for the discs, a 320 mm model is installed, reinforcing the racing aspect of the bike and ensuring precise and effective braking.

The original handlebars have been replaced with Lightech clip-ons. These are mounted beneath the fork yoke, thus modifying the ergonomics for a much more aggressive style suited for dynamic riding.

Details that make a difference

Apex Motorcycle has paid special attention to fine-tuning the small details to turn this Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 Ultra into a true rolling work of art. The seat has been completely redone to provide comfort and support. At the rear, the minimalist light perfectly complements the bike’s sleek line, featuring a vertically oriented LED headlight reminiscent of modern racing motorcycles.

The white and red design of this machine is not just a color. It reflects the racing spirit with touches of custom paint on the wheels, tank, and shock spring, adding a visual aspect that immediately grabs attention.

A performance maintained but still solid

From a performance standpoint, the Guerrilla 450 Ultra does not break molds like a machine taken to the extreme would. While it remains in its factory version, the 40-horsepower engine remains a balanced option for daily use. A simple Sport DNA air filter has been installed to improve air intake and slightly enhance the engine’s breathing. It is clear that this bike bets more on its appearance than on extreme performance. That said, it is still a reliable and enjoyable bike to ride, especially with its impressive looks.

Although radical in style, the Guerrilla 450 Ultra remains perfectly functional. One of the important aspects of this build is that it is fully operational and not just a show model. It has been tested in the Marseille field to demonstrate that it is not simply a show machine, but a bike ready to take on the road.

A project that requires a good budget

We know that the world of custom always comes at a cost. In this case, this Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 Ultra is estimated at 35,000 euros. A fairly high price, but justified by the materials used, the meticulous preparation work, as well as the exclusive design that does not go unnoticed. And if you ever really want to take command of this machine, there is good news! The bike is raffled in a contest open until January 15, 2025. So who knows? Maybe you will be lucky enough to win this unique build and find yourself at the helm of this customization marvel.
